Probably very well true, I know I wouldn't like the US President if he caused me to pay my owed 2% to the NATO fund like I should. I had been getting away with not paying under the Obama administration and others such as Bush so now? Because it is your obligation to do so. The President is forced to play daddy to some of these countries simply because they won't pay up.
