I know a couple people there. About a few weeks ago or so, RAD did a big re-org and many at Envision RX were laid off, including one of my friends who was high up. The other one is high up at Envision as well, but was spared. I believe the new CEO at Envision was also let go after being there for about a year.
Anyways, RAD might be cleaning up a little before hand if UNVC is involved.
PPSI Univec's subsidiary I believe does the same type of pharmacy benefits as Envision and are currently competitors. Maybe not for long though as maybe they become siblings......
