RE: Pestell selling. At first glance, it seem

At first glance, it seems very alarming. However, none of us knows his personal finances (i.e., what % of his net worth was CYDY shares) or life situation.
Why might he sell? Off the top of my head, I can think of quite a few reasons (listed in no order of probability), any, some, all, or none of which could be possible:
1) Cash needed for divorce settlement/alimony payments etc.
2) Wanted to buy a boat/car/beach house.
3) Wanted to diversify his investments.
4) Thinks CYDY has no future and wants to get out.
5) Sees value in being below the 5% disclosure threshold.
6) Spite.
I am sure there are many, many more.
Point being that, yes, Pestell selling is a bad look at first glance.
But, in a vacuum (which is where we are with zero other information about the situation), it tells you nothing for certain.
But I do agree with a previous poster. It is always SOMETHING with CYDY. So tiring!
