I have no idea what he told Asher and others.
I know what I have read. One posted on da Hub that Kyle told him that the first Melbourne permit was a recovery permit. I have correspondences from another that Kyle essentially said the same thing.
Then there was the FALSE PR about the same permit. Coincident?
The Defendant posted the truth about the permit and Kyle apparently got a lot of heat for what was being posted by him. They went so far as to LIE to the Court regarding the agreement with the state.
But we know Toreson's (Indy 2) company he is a Director of, had their registration REVOKED and settled with the SEC regarding those charges.
There was no hedge. And as you claim, I know nothing. You're the one that claims to have the inside track. You knew about Indy 1 dismissal, now we have Indy 2.
I have no idea what you and others that dump shares of this POS are being told.
But I do know what the public is being told.
And as I posted, most legit companies that do Investor Presentations file the presentation with the SEC.
