Thanks tc, I think as long as they announce it and they can easily verify with the SEC if this is legal or not, they should do it. All it takes is a phone call / email from their lawyers to the SEC I would think, then to just get the ball rolling.

But at this juncture, I would think they would want to expedite any avenues they have open to them to increase market cap / PPS due to what is going on.
