LAHO - A 10-8 share swap for MSSV is the way it looks per the last PR. I'm looking for more clarification on that with the next PR.
The way I see it is 2 things that are going to save our ass's with this one:
1: Benito has peeps, relatives etc, that have a lot of shares in LAHO. I.E. in the same boat as we are, he wont burn them.
2: If they hose us, there will be lawsuits for sure. And Benito can't afford to have that tarnish the GSCG rep.....no way he can have that happen.....no way.
The A/S of MSSV has been raised to 6.5B to accommodate the S/S of LAHO. When the merger happens, MSSV may have close to the same O/S as LAHO had, 4.0B, or we may have a little bit higher O/S, we will have to wait and see on that.
