$HTSC company has carte blanche to market its branded ICF building technology to L.A and Riverside county's 20 million residents. This large population has been plagued by increasing wild fires and rolling blackouts that are getting many residents to question their wood framed structures. These disasters are getting worse due to the industry's lack of a solution.
