Which is why the biggest gripe I've had with management is the handling of the announcement, then withdrawal, of the R/S in 2018, which crippled the SP but then also left CYDY on the OTC.
I've never understood that one. If the requirements for uplisting were too stringent, or the deal (financing) needed to get there too remote, CYDY never should have announced it in the first place.
Not trying to rehash history or argue in favor for or against a R/S right now.
We are where we are, and I understand current management has no appetite for R/S.
I've always just been MYSTIFIED by what happened in 2018.
