Here are my thoughts, so take them with a grain of salt.

This sucks. I think we can all agree to that. I don't believe any one of us like this situation. However, right now, it is what it is.

The PPS is way down and it has been steadily going down. We pretty much now know why it has gone down so much. The question is, what can be done to get it back up to what it should be.

And that is up to Generex.

In the last month or two, the PPS has basically crashed to the present .67 due mostly in part to a group that broke faith with Generex. TC, thank you, actually put out a good plan that Generex could do for CMF. Whether they will or not is up to them, but it is a viable plan.

But still, this is all up to Generex. It took just over a month or so to bring the PPS from over 2.00 down to the present PPS of .67. And yesterday, we even saw it at .59. It's up to Generex to bring the PPS back up.

The loyal shareholders have stayed with Generex, bought more shares in Generex and have continued to support Generex, even through all of this. The testimony of this is on this board as they voice support, look for solutions, even at times, they voice frustration, yet they still support Generex.

However, in the end, it still is on the shoulders of Generex to make things right, to build up the company, the PPS, to show the shareholders that their support has been justified.

The S1 is a step. Whether the 10-Q helps or not is up to debate. What are the sales numbers for Excellagen? How many VA hospitals is Excellagen being used in currently? What about other areas? What is going on with the MSO and when will it be up and running?

Generex, please don't let us down.
