He is commenting on the board to give him something to show the SEC when they investigate him for fraud. He is simply trying to make it look like he kept shareholders informed and worked on getting TPAC on track after its finally revoked. Bill knows several lawsuit's are filed against him and he is just trying to give the illusion he did everything he could. The guy is a complete fraud and always has been.
