Joe .... unless you have a blockbuster announcement up your sleeve, you need to issue the dividend to match all shares with a proper due note ASAP. This will force CMF to either match their shares sold or buy in to cover shares needed. Let the PPS find its own price level without the interference of dividends that may or may not be paid etc. Yes, sue CMF, but focus on executing your plan. Stop getting distracted by all this BS .... you still have a good plan and if you execute well, pps as well as all the rest will take care of itself. Focus!!!
