This is the cause most likely. SEC is investigating. "Due to steep declines in this equity and resulting number of recent inquiries with the SEC, we are initiating an investigation into Generex Biotechnology. Our preliminary investigation has focused on possible fraudulent inflation of share price with subsequent selling, the relationship between GNBT management and Creek Mountain Fund, which is not a known entity, as well as numerous claims by the Corporation of business interests and acquisitions during the past year which have no material basis and cannot be immediately verified"
