Anyway, I asked fine for an example of a good deal, with good market reaction. Here is one:
Honestly, with those two previous examples, I was just trading ktov. When I am trading stock, usually I will trade on chart, sometimes not even read financials or about company. KTOV was one of those, I have no clue what the company is or does.... just trading it on chart. Which at the time, if I had read a little more, I might have caught that big spike on the deal. Anyway here is her reason why that deal failed, as she followed it closely.

KTOV also was just pumping sadly, supposed to be big cancer news only using the big enemy (even forgot the name of the biggest shorter now) to pump up the price for the offering. Then shorted it down at the offering within the day. Ooops.
So KTOV was bad deal (little up), then cancer pump (big fake run) only to dilute (o8>
CLSD was solid and real.
It is doing good after the deal was announced, and it was up 70% for the low even before it was announced, so that is a good market reaction.
