But the company did not announce it isn't giving the dividend. It announced it was postponing the dividend. That is a big difference. And it is because of what CMF has done. So, the suit would in effect be against CMF for bringing down the PPS which caused the whole mess that dropped the PPS so far that makes the dividend a mess.
