I imagine it will be answered in a filing. Glad you were able to arrange financing as I stated before. Nice to know someone is willing to put that kind of money in Generex.
Another company I am invested in is offering warrants and common at a discount to the current PPS which is close to its all time low. Not a pleasant place to be raising funds. Therefore I particularly am sensitive to what has happened to GNBT.
We were supposed to be raising funds after we got on the NAZ at more attractive terms. Since we are not on the NAZ, one has to assume we will be paying a premium.
