Just so everyone is educated and understands what it means in the public markets, you can not just publish names of companies, lawyers, investment banks, appraisal firms etc unless they give you permission to use their name, for example with an appraisal company you can publish their findings after you pay them but you can’t use their name for PR or public disclosure purposes, appraisal companies want to be paid for that additionally. So I never asked the law form can I use your name for public disclosure and before I do along with anyone I will ask first, I was asked a question about this kind of situation and about why don’t I have all the answers, my response was this happened all so quick, around the holiday and to get lawyers and other groups to give those answers when they take off for that holiday is no easy task but I had this conference call and I felt obligated to still do it, good bad or indifferent.
