I could sit here typing for half an hour, I'm so frustrated. But these aren't the only assholes you will encounter along the way Joe. And while wanting to fight them and all the crap that is ingrained into the system is admirable it won't change a thing. If you win at the expense of your dream, you lose. Trust me, there are a LOT of over extended shareholders hanging on by a thread supporting you. If you divert attention away from the plan, many will have no choice but to bite the bullet and move on.
That's my principled stance regarding a class action lawsuit but the next problem is how to handle the promised dividend. We are feeling like Charlie Brown and Lucy here. A way has to be found to make the shareholders whole who put up a lot of money expecting a dividend. The practical answer might very well include suing the A-Holes if only to stand in solidarity with those who didn't violate the agreement. So now I've just contradicted my previous post. Great. I just see it as a huge money pit. They will fight it with the 2-3 million they just bagged selling.
