Lets first make sure we have all the facts, then proceed with legal opinion and possible action. Priority should be the S-1 filing and NASDAQ listing, dont jeopardize any funding to make this happen. How about a 1:2 dividend instead of 1:1 and issue another 1:2 or 3 at a later date when trading/volume are out of the risky zone.
