Regarding the hempd site. I received a message back from Michelle and they are having previous customers from the original site re-register, this is normal. When you get in and register and if you need to request a password, it did take about an hour to receive the reset link. All worked fine then. They are aware of time it took and some minor bugs that they are fixing quickly she said.
