Here are some other staggering numbers:
On August 17, 2018 the company reported 29,580,969 shares outstanding.
On November 25, 2019 the company reported 37,195,846 shares outstanding.
The addition is 7,614,877 shares from Aug 17, 2018 to Nov 25, 2019
The total traded shares during that same time frame, and lets forget about the restricted and lets work off the fully issued has been:
113,194,450 shares.
Just as a footnote during this same time frame the float was reported to be about 23,000,000 shares on the high side.
The float as reported by the T/A numbers is 23,428,917 shares and Wayne Anderson owns 6,454,412 shares, per his SEC filing today, making the true float as 16,976,505.
Today we found out Wayne Anderson owns 28% of the entire float!!!!!
