WOW, I wasn't expecting anything to happen today but wow.
Now we have MSSV in the mix.

MSSV has an OS of 5.8M and LAHO with 4B and GSCG tbd. That's got to change.
They will through all 3 companies, LAHO, MSSV & GSCG, in the hopper and that's where they will do all their creative math to see who gets what out of this deal. LAHO common share holders will be last in line I'm sure.
They will have to reduce the amount of shares for all the LAHO shareholders. Id be happy with a 20% reduction in my share count if that's indeed what the PR means.
So it looks like we will be getting a little smaller piece of a larger pie.
We will have to wait and see. We are at the mercy of the company as to what they want to give the LAHO shareholders.
