definitely on this YMB and we are planning to go after them and try to sue them for the damage they are doing to GNBT.

JoeM: First of all we have to sort out this dividend and pay it out, then we will be looking into the neext potential dividends.
All of the scheduled for this CC got messed up because the CM issue.
Q: Was there anything we have done wrong with them to cause them to breech their contract.
JoeM: No, not at all. All the waivers were signed and they (CM) decided not to adhere to the agreement.
Q: Why can't you just get after them and why do you think that all the other waivers now need to receive the dividend.
JoeM: This is a legal question that I cannot answer and I just have to assume that this is the case right now. We have
to figure this out in the near future.
* we are now having to deal with the consequences, such as the drastically declined share price and that in turn
getting us further away from the Nasdaq uplisting.
* this mess needs to be sorted out and we have find out what we can do to correct all of this.

CEO of AltuCell: Decided to take the offer by GNBT, because he liked JoeM's vision for the company, with all the stuff related
diabetes and the cooperation with the arizona diabetes clinic and the wound care products. All that seem to represent a
a good fit for what AltuCell stand for.

Technical Expert: within the next 12 to 18 months the human clnical trials on the Type I diabetes cure should start.

Q: What if you are not able to find legal ramifications for what Creek Mountain has done, what would hold any other waiver
to do the same. What else is there that could hold off the dividend payment in the future?
JoeM: There is not much that I can do or foresee what other criminal activities we will be confronted with in the future.
* Just to make one thing very clear. I do not own GNBT stock and I have nothing to gain in what just recently happend
in regards to Creek Mountain or yet another postponement of the dividend.
* From my own perspective, I cannot even imagine to break a legal document like that. Signing an agreement and then doing
the opposite of what we agreed with, really blows my mind. This is beyond my believe and I am shocked that it happened.
* I do no have a clue as to what else can go wrong or show up that would cause us to react upon.
