1) Acquired companies are continuing to roll forward the debt owed to them by Generex because they are bought in on the program and want to be a part of it. (See pages 75-76 of the K... almost all payments show in arrears at the time of posting. Joe says all are current as of now.)
Editorial: This is huge to see that these individuals not only gave up controlling interest of their companies to GNBT, but they continue to ignore opportunities for the to either escalate/accelerate payments or claw back ownership.
2) The $40-70MM is set to come in from the S1. Once Joe has that $ on the balance sheet, he will turn the gears and get us rolling in the various parts of the business... more specifically and importantly, he will put out a pro forma with estimated revs, cash flow, etc. Until that time he is not willing to put out #s for the currently operational parts of the Co (ie Excellagen).
Editorial: I appreciate that Joe sees this $ coming in very short-term, and I understand that he would want to wait to project based on having funding for the business units to spin up, at least partially. However, if the S1 falls thru for some reason and/or we don't get a huge chunk of $ from the NGIO spin, we need to press Joe for what the #s look like going forward without that funding.
