Q: My concern is whether the shares I bought last week could be the CM shares and thus I am not eligible for the dividend.
JoeM: CM promised to pay the dividend for those shares they sold. I have no reason not to believe them. They actually only sold
half of their holdings, so they really seem to be prepared to give the dividend.
What they do't understand is that they have caused a lot of other damage to the company, because of the selling pressure
they created in selling those shares that they agreed not to sell. They are the one party that have ruined it for all of the
others. That is the way I see it.
As quickly as I am able to do it, I will be paying out the 1:1 dividend. I am aware that this is now postponed a third time.

Q: Is the S1 related to the NGIO?
JoeM: No, the S1 is for Generex. As far as the NGIO spin goes, the 10-K was needed before we can now take it public.
Q: So the S1 is strictly for Generex.
JoeM: The S1 is related to a public offering of shares, which will raise $40M in capital.
* Since one broke the waiver agreement, all of the other shareholders, who signed the waiver, will now receive the dividend.
Thus after the dividend will be paid, we are looking into almost 90M GNBT shares. That is how I need to look at it right now.
* The S1 public offering will add to these 90M shares mentioned before.
* the $40M will take care of the removal of the "going concern".
Q: How about the "net tangible assets" which ended up being $1.9, just a tad short of the required $2M
JoeM: The next 10-Q, which will be filed in Mid December, will take care of that.
Q: The 10-Q will not be audited, will NAZ still accept it or does it need to be audited?`
JoeM: That needs to be checked with the NAZ officials.
Q: How long will it take to receive a response.
JoeM: No idea!
* I didn't want to postpone the dividend another time, but I believe I have had no other choice. It does not make a difference for me.
What we are evaluating now is whether or not we now need to give all the waivers the dividend, just because one breeched the agreement.
Q: one questions and answer missing inbetween.
Q: Can GNBT provide us with revenue forecasts for e.g. Excellagen? You need to have some sort of expectations, in order to appropriately
plan your production.
JoeM: Such revenue forecasts are not really possible at this stage of our ramp up of the business plans.
* All I can say is that the projection is that we see a total $250M in revenues for GNBT and I am not really able to break it down.
Q: Why couldn't you give out a PR with a projection that you expect to sell e.g. 1000 of your 3 cc syringes at gross margin of $5700/pc.
JoeM: I believe that I am not able to make such projection, because I am not fully funded and thus these projections are based on "thin air".
* First of all I need to have the funds (S1) and then I am able to make these projections.
Q: How long after you have the funds in your account, can you make these projections?
JoeM: Very shortly after, I am able to have the funds available.
