Q: Could you make the dividend payment dependend on the share price? E.g. make the payment automatic, in the
moment that the PPS exceeds a certain threshold, e.g. $2.
JoeM: Good idea, I will look into whether this is legally possible or not. Thanks a lot for the suggestion.
Q: Questions related to auto-adjustment of the share price after the dividend is paid.
JoeM: There is not much we can do about it. It is unfortunate, but something that we have to expect.
I did expect an auto-adjustment after retiring 21M shares, and nothing happened, so we got
penalized for this by loosing significant market cap. percentage. They seem to be doing what they
want. So we have to assume, that after the dividend the price will be auto-adjusted to the $0.40 range
if we would give it out at this time.
We are all into this together and I want to hear everybody out and then decide what's best for the majority
of us.
* we are in touch with the SEC and trying to figure out what can be done, legally, to sort out what was happening
and try to make them pay for what they have done. I.e. being only interested in their own gains and make
all of us suffering from their actions.
* NGIO is already a separate entity within GNBT and the promised dividend is on record, such that, once it is
public, the shares will be given out to those owners on record.
* it all took much longer, such as the 10-K, because of all the stuff that happened within the fiscal year.
Now that this out of the way, we can move on with the final spin-out of NGIO.
Q: It seems that a lot is constantly promised and then finally under-delivered, at least from a time point of view.
A lot of delays constantly happen and that of course are causing frustrations to us shareholders.
JoeM: Most of what I promised this year got done and sometimes the delays are just due to waiting for lawyers or legal
processes to be completed, which sometimes takes significantly more time, than initially exptected.
My most important thing is to get things done, and I am always hoping to get it done as pormised, but then
something new and unexpected happens, which causes yet another delay.
Q: Time also is of the essence. And we are all still here, because we believe in all the things that you do.
JoeM: We are 100% transparent, we do a lot of CCs, more than I see with any other company out there, and even in the meantime
we are open for phone calls and I will never not take a phone call, if I am available. So I guess there is nothing much
