A thought just came across my head...I wonder if the AH trades represent the number of shares that MMs were helping Creek to sell during the day...that’s why the AH shares always represented a % of shares sold during the day and the PPS for the AH trades was always lower...Creek sold to MMs at a PPS less than what MMS sold during the day so MMs were guaranteed to make a % of selling Creek’s shares.
I know for sure AH trades happened as early as August...not sure if it happened in late July too...
Creek got those shares in May...PPS in May was $1 something...so maybe they got greedy when they saw PPS started going up...and they wanted to get rid of their non dividend shares.
