There has been a seller of the stock since Oct 9th. The company has financing of $1.2 million in a Tranche agreement with EAGLE and the current market cap is $1,543,628. RSI is oversold at 33.80 and the company, since it has started trading on August 17, 2018 has added only 7,614,877 shares and it all went to pay down debt that the previous CEO had negotiated. The company has not sold a single share into the market for their personal benefit or to raise money for the company.
