Here is how we get to today's issued number of 37,195,846 shares.
On August 2nd, 2019 the Pre 14C was issued and at that time there were 35,272,483 shares issued
On August 8th, 2019, 175,000 shares were issued at an equivalent price of .07 for accounting services.
On November 2nd, 2010, 1,748,363 shares were issued to EMET for a conversion of $56,385 of notes at an equivalent price of .0323 per share.
35,272,483 plus 175,000 plus 1,748,363 = 37,195,846 shares.
In the Pre 14C there were 3 shareholders who held common stock:
Wayne Anderson at 6,019,016 shares
TD Ameritrade at 4,468,537 shares
EMET Capital at 1,384,600 shares.
Since October 9th, 2019 there has been 7,670,694 traded.
Wayne Anderson still owns his 6,019,016 shares, at least that is what is said.
TD Ameritrade who knows based on who may of paid them ransom money.
EMET Capital owns 1,384,600 plus 1,748,363 = 3,132,963 shares
