I agree 4SD while the SBIR contract vehicle is a "Sole Source" for solution providers and Cromtec in Phase 1, which IMSO will lead to Phase II and III. IMSO - Cromtec will get a "Sole Source" contract to provide EndpointLock/KTLS to at least the USAF. Yes, foot/Boot in the door!

USAF knows they have Cyber Security gaps that MUST be filled and YESTERDAY -- AFWERX and SBIR!
HUGE DD BOOT in the door and opens up integration/implementation throughout FED Govt. Agencies. ACS/Cromtec channel partners using $SFOR IP could turn out really HUGE!
I've been supporting DoD/MIL IT for a few decades and look forward to Cromtec Implementation with the USAF domains and other FED Govt. Agencies and their many Branches! Do we have an inked deal for purchase yet, not YET , but we have a very Large DD size Boot in the door and with the SBIR vehicle Phases greatly improves that possibility! Cromtec put together an Awesome USAF solution video and look forward to other branches!!
Some need to pull off the naysayer blinders, just like they had on with each deal we've already inked so far! Fiserve/FD implementation started 15 NOV and look forward to DSS HUGE Asia implementation in JAN - Asia 2.3B internet users, conservative 20% = 460M and multiple devices - Friggin HUGE! 2020 will be the AWESOME Rapid REV generation machine year!
