Pretty easy to see each and every one of your lies Bill. Anyone who bothers to read the filings from 2 years ago you submitted to the SEC can see for themselves you have never one time been honest with shareholders. As for the $26 million its in the SEC documents as well how you issued shares to so called contractors and family members to the tune of $26 million. What was that for exactly? TPAC has 0 assets and has never one time done anything legit to be paying out that kind of money for contractors. I mean seriously $26 million in debt and not 1 single thing to show for it? Its obvious that money went directly into your own pockets and your vacations in China.
