This is spot on. The problem is not that this process takes time, it is the setting of expectations. I imagine NP believes that if he was completely straightforward and said “look people, this will be a great investment but we are still months away and we all need to be patient “ that the SP would suffer. Then again, I’m not sure how much more it could suffer than it has on the current course unless it just went to zero.
Personally, I would prefer the straightforward approach instead of waking up every morning and looking for a PR of financing – – which is simply a result of him saying “any day now”.
It’s one thing for people who have just gotten into the stock recently to be excited about “any day now”. But for people that have been in for years, it is the root of the extreme frustration right now.
