What was important to me in today moneytalkstation interview.
HIV..
-- information about 525 mg and 700 mg was given to FDA , when they will decide dose of our combo , we will submit part 2 of our BLA and then in December we will submit part 3....
--In PrEP , we think that we will need to treat people once a month , not once a week , because , we knew long time ago that with 700 mg VL drops in 14 days , and it takes 6 weeks to come back...
and we will ask for BTD for this .
and we talking now with senators who are really interested .
-- Dr Ruscani studies, it is 40 centers throughout Italy with patients MDR-4 in vitro
( by SJ observation - thank you ) ....will be included in our BLA .
--licensing for HIV agreement very soon.
Cancers ,
--we trying to screen 10-15 patients with TNBC now , so we can have 4-5 enrolled and hopefully have soon BTD.
-- Mother-in-law was injected , hope for a best , ..and I know we all wish her the best too !!!
NASH..
--Results were stunning .
--Deposits of fat were very clear , and with Leronlimab was almost nothing..
--We also reduced fibrosis of the liver..
OK , here my observation , I welcome corrections and additions...
