Thieves on the OTC? I am shocked! Shocked I say!

C'mon, what have I and a number of other people here been saying for the last 4 weeks - the OTC does not trade on fundamentals. It trades on how the MMs want it to trade so they can make money for their clients (who turn out to be shady) or themselves. I have no idea of what GNBT can do about this since they are still on the OTC - I give Joe props for calling them out. Most companies remain silent and the shareholders get screwed over and over again. I suspect there will be a lawsuit or some complaint to the SEC. Hopefully if it goes to the SEC they will do something about the group that willingly broke their agreement with GNBT.
You don't think the MMs/OTC was aware that these shares were restricted and not traded without a due bill? It's about 99% certain that they were aware, and looked the other way. This is grand theft and someone should be going to jail, even if the proper shares are distributed after the dividend. How many dollars were lost with the pps driven down from $2.50 to $.80? I didn't sell any of mine, but I'll damn sure bet some here did and they lost real money because of this fraud. My loss is just paper for now, so if the pps goes back up, I don't have a claim. But this just mashes my taters that these thieves get away with this and we have virtually no recourse.
