I agree with misiu, I think Marek is still with CYDY. I believe he transitioned roles a little bit and is no longer the IR as they removed him from the PR POC long ago.
The links I provided were simply to provide a window of when he transitioned from Edison group to CytoDyn. Looking back I don't think his contact info has been listed in the PRs since 29 August.
