If I remember correctly, someone suggested that exact course of actions here on the board when it was announced that Tal would be chief strategist of VERB on top of his role on the advisory board (namely that this executive job would likely be temporary and that he'd eventually get back to Salesforce and help improve the partnership between both companies)

If I am not mistaken... that was a good call !
