cashclan, I am proud of my wife for taking my griping seriously.
She ordered on her own and took to work this morning a (small)
sign that says "Do not disturb" and will hang it on the door to her office.
Though, she will not shut the darn thing outside of a meeting.
She is a great manager but her nature is that of a grunt hard ass.
I said this morning that she has arrived but isn't quite real yet because
she has yet carved out the absolutely needed natural-person space.
That with out that she doesn't exist and is only a tool and a sacrifice.
Until you get what you need to be doing you are just fodder for the beast.
Oh she understands for sure. It is that she has worked very hard her whole
life stating as a teenager.
She has gone a week without taking a lunch break.
And getting cramps at night from time to time..
Look at this 1st effort at setting the employees straight.
Only 10" by 5" - Well it is a start.
