Good article reflecting our misguided judicial system’s impact not only on patent holders, but on the USPTO and our patent process. It is/has been rendered completely irrelevant by our judicial system and Alice101.
Let’s hope that proposed legislation currently moving thru Congress will provide clarity and restore & validate the USPTO’s process and authority regarding patents - including SFOR’s!
