Well, my take is that if the company and its assets should be auctioned/sold during such a process, multiple BP's will be interested due to the proven efficacy in HIV and the enormous potential in cancer, GvHD, NASH etc. and such an auction could bring 600m-1b.
I don't believe it would be sold for pennies with leronlimab's blockbuster potential. (But that's what I like to tell myself these days, so take it with a huge grain of salt).
Anyway, I believe they could sell the company for 1-2$ any time, but they won't, because it's worth so much more...
