SGSI is one of the most notorious scams I have ever seem. The SEC already has a file investing it, and it is being sued.
Safest thing to do is run, don't walk, before that billion new shares is dumped and takes it to trip zeros. They already wiped Out the Gensis shareholders, then changed the name to Icld, and after several R/S killed it they sold the never ending cash burn subsidiaries to Mvtg in a R/S and killed it and changed the name to SGSI, and did a 200:1 R/S that wiped out the SGSI shareholders. It never ends, it is all a never ending Con-debt scam run by Sands/Ponder/Hayter to line their pockets that has been renamed 4 times and Wavetech will the 5th renaming to hide the bodies (figuratively speaking).
Do not be fooled by the 5G/revenue stories, their losses are climbing fast, and the stock is cheap for a reason. Because it is toxic.
