If we set the valuation expectations low, we'll be pleasantly surprised if the investment bank/consultants get to a higher valuation. They have to figure out what demand exists for an offering should they decide to do such. The share structure has to be ironed out for the pricing.
Also, for Generex, there is this new mysterious proposed dividend. What the heck is that about?
