Both! I can’t understand why you would chose to complain about it on a message board if you feel strongly about the issue, instead of conveying your concerns directly to Mark and or the company. I also don’t understand why you would continue to do so here on the board, knowing that we eventually would start deleting your posts. We are not going to allow an open board for purpose of complaining, whining, etc., and becoming a mirror image of the IHUB board, which embraces that type of message board. You’ve been here long enough to know that, and yet you continue to challenge the system here.
