First Data has started. And I can’t scream this loud enough here: he is telling us that in early 2020 that DSS is going to start (meaning DSS ACS and SFOR will get revenue from it) and the press release of the deal said the first two customers have 20 million users. The pending revenue here is on a silver platter for us. This first deal is big too, in my estimation it has to be say 5 million users. Let’s be conservative and say only one subscription each at the bare minimum of $9.99 per subscription for ACS revenue if they sold it at the minimum price specified by their contract with SFOR. That’s $50 million a year and 15% to SFOR for $7.5 million per year and this is just one deal! I don’t think that is anything more than a base case scenario either because the $9.99 looks to be retail pricing and that’s not what type of customer First Data is. For the support they would command - well let’s just say I bet it’s higher than $9.99 per year per subscription. Time will tell and I will be looking to add SFOR and DSS this week!
