Hey Ace, Yes you are correct that OS was at 2.3B j

SFOR was dealt several defeats from a court system that quite frankly is not sure what to do. There is SO much documentation and research proven that Alice 101 and the aftermath that followed is unfair and simply put- not right! We have in our company, Strikeforce Technologies, 3 gentleman,Mark, George, and Ram, who have put the last 17 years of their career and personal money back into this company. We, SFOR, have many legitimate and legal patents that started out ahead of our time, but when the time came to put those patents to use big corporations illegally took our ideas and products and used them. As such a small company, Strikeforce has suffered exponentially because of just those two things (courts and infringement)... with that being said, a comment made to me from Mark K was that even with our products and patents those Big corporations have the money and power (evident sfor doesn’t) to be a channel partner and use our product without using our name, basically rebranding OUR product. Those were not his exact words but you get the idea.. money controls. We lose out on publicity and name recognition. (For now) What I believe Mark and Co HAVE been doing is working feverishly to get our product into the hands of these big corporations , rebranded or not, have them incorporated into their product but more importantly making THEM dependent on our product quietly. Why? Because our product works!!! Mark knows this, we know this- word is getting out to more and more and the industry is coming to know this.
All in all, me personally, I definitely do not like that I have lost 80% of my investment of my large stake in SFOR. However, I definitely would rather be where I am right now than with another penny stock that goes bust- poof!, gone! 100% loss.... But, no, not our CEO and officers because they are loyal to not just the company but to their patents, ideas, and a belief that this, Strikeforce Technologies, IS something and WILL be something Big! Loans and increase of OS sucks, no other way to put it nicely. But the contracts and forward momentum that SFOR is gaining it would be a damn shame for Mark K to say “Whoops! That’s it shareholders, I’ve had too many complaints about loans and OS increasing so I’m just shutting the doors...” game over!
Sure things have went from bad to worse, sure could’ve would’ve should’ve... blah blah blah. Yes, Mark has made comments in the past that did not bear fruit, or took much longer than originally stated. He is one man, one tiny company, amongst Billion dollar companies. I do not believe, refuse to believe that Mark, George, orcRam would intentionality mislead.
Some may call me a sheep, a dumb follower. But if we need to go to 3B shares and get another loan to ‘Bridge’ that gap of success, then so be it! Mark knows damn well what is at stake, he is/was a financial executive. He must know (absolutely more than any of us on this board) what and where SFOR and it’s patents are going and where the inquiries and interest from those billion dollar companies could, will and is leading!
I personally do not need to know exactly what went where, who got what, who gets paid what.
Does it matter? Yes if there is a belief of corruption of illegal activity from our company leaders- but we DO NOT have any of that so let them be. I say, let them do their job.
My employer’s CEO makes 10’s of millions of dollars EACH year as does dozens of lower executives... I have watched them tear down a company through greed. In no way shape or form do I trust them to do right by the company as a whole, or it’s people. I see NONE of this with SFOR.
Anyways, sorry for the rant, this is NOT a personal attack. Just a reminder that there is a lot bigger picture to see than what we can see. Talk to Mark, email him any questions or concerns you have. He has ALWAYS emailed me back with responses to all my questions that he could legally do so (yes, several he could not legally answer) he will be honest, a few answers I got was like “Wow! Thanks for the honesty!”
In the end I INVESTED in Strikeforce Technologies. This, to me, is not a get rich quick and get out.
For anyone who is uncomfortable I would recommend get a few shares of S&P 500 companies and let them ride... penny stocks ARE NOT for the faint of heart.
Best of luck to all,
B
