Anyone has the ability to google credible websites that explains the OTC market and Market Manipulation. There are a plethora of ways for stocks on the OTC exchange to be manipulated and claiming just one specific reason for pps price being so low would be false. Every tactic available in the tool box is being used on IPIX during this period while capital is in question. The science is not the question - Capital is the question and therefore why the propaganda machine changed from a false science narrative to a false capital narrative and everything they can drum up in between.
