I just can't see NGIO going to NAS before GNBT does, since NGIO is mostly owned by GNBT.
BTW, does anybody know the number of NGIO shares that will be placed in the shell company? I know there was speculation, but has a real number ever been identified? Just curious about $300 million valuation - if there are 50 million shares, we're looking at $6/share. If there are 100 million, then we're looking at $3. Of course, since $300 million is just speculation at this point, I guess this is all pretty meaningless - but that doesn't stop me from bringing it up! lol
