Based on what happened in July and later, I would say yes. After July for example I wanted the CEO to pay in cash instead he issued 456 mil shares at 0.00015 for past due and July due. Canouse sold them all at 0.0003, 100% profit.
Now Canouse knows that there are one bil at 0.0001 available at bid. He already secured two days at 0.0001 and needs one more day of 0.0001 of trading to legitimately get one bil shares at 0.00005. He can then dumped them at 0.0001 for a 100% profit as usual.
The investment risk right now is getting really high for the longs. For newbies, it is risky where you can either lose what you invest or you make it big.
The funny thing is that the whole situation can be turned around if the CEO openly pays the note in cash on 12/1 to show good faith.
