His consideration will be based on what he thinks is best for shareholders, not what a single NOBO, or a NOBO who claims to speak for a few others, thinks is right. He also has to think about the future of the company, its intellectual property, its employees, its real investors (vs. specuators) and a few malcontent NOBOs. If you do not like this, there are avenues available to you, that perhaps will make you feel better for a short period of time but in the end will get you almost nothing.
