So check the emotion and ego at the door and turn the company over to someone that can take it to the next level.
When Mr. Berman awoke this morning he was CEO of DECN. When he awakes tomorrow and Monday and... he will be CEO of DECN. It is his company. you are a shareholder with limited rights and only a keyboard. If you decide to give him advice he can either take your advice or not. His consideration will be based on what he thinks is best for shareholders, not what a single NOBO, or a NOBO who claims to speak for a few others, thinks is right. He also has to think about the future of the company, its intellectual property, its employees, its real investors (vs. specuators) and a few malcontent NOBOs. If you do not like this, there are avenues available to you, that perhaps will make you feel better for a short period of time but in the end will get you almost nothing.
Last I looked shareholders were concerned about return on investment.
I own a number of stocks, many bought as a NOBO. Would you please share with me your formula for return on investment? Thanks. Because it seems to me that you are, and probably always have been, a share price is everything sort of guy.
