Good morning everyone! I decided to get an avatar fitting for the name. As I did, I wondered if by chance, it was the year of the rooster in the Chinese calendar. So I had to look it up. Nope, year of the pig, the twelfth animal.
The story goes, the Jade Emperor decided the animals to the calendar, by in which order they arrived to his party. The pig was late and came in last. In Chinese cultural, pigs are the symbol of wealth. This must be our year, Doc talks about finishing last, but being first, and creating wealth. Sounds like it is the year of the pig. Come on Unvc, make our wallets and bank accounts, fat like a pig.
