Good morning SFOR
I attended the meeting last night and had a great time taking with Mark, George and Ram. The following are what I took away from the meeting:
1. Mark, George and Ram are genuinely hard working people who are trying to make this company a great success
2. They are very excited about the monthly revenue that will begin to come in in 2020 from First Data. The First Data has already rolled out our product since last Friday. Although the contract was signed awhile back the reason for the delay was because the First Data was bought out by Fiserve and everything was put on hold until Fiserve approved the contract.
3. DSS will be rolling out our product in Asia early 2020. DSS wanted to roll it out before the end of 2020 but ACS had to focus on getting the product out to First Data first.
4. The revenue in 2020 will be quite impressive
5. No need to worry about reverse split
6. SFOR is becoming financially stable
7. They are trying to pay off the bad debt first that may have contributed to lowering the stock price.
8. It costs the company about $30,000 per quarter to audit their finances and be a reporting company. Generally penny stock companies don’t do this.
9. Blocksafe is moving along well and may sign a few large contracts soon.
10. Hotel product is not moving as quickly as anticipated.
11. Not planning on hiring a sales team. The channel partner model is working quite well for SFOR.
12. SFOR will put out PRs when the contracts are signed and the product is actually rolled out.
13. Working on more contracts to be signed in early 2020
14. 2020 will be a great year for the company and the share holders
Our time has finally come and we will be enjoying our financial blessing through SFOR soon
