Shareholder's snail mail letter says ( CCA ), Compelling Competitive Advantage LLC is buying MILV, and re-assigning its contract with the Univ of Pennsylvania to MILV, and changing the name of MILV in a R/M to CCA, Inc.

Two new SEC fillings were filled last month, new auditor and updates in the works on the updated audited financials are in progress, one all ready filed last month. Company paid $11,000 to update the 11 year old Nevada status to current.
